| R&D department established in 1996 has completed many projects successfully with the aim to assure the production of goods with high added value, to study on product and technology development that are likely to gain importance in the future and to provide the quality to be improved and the production cost to be lowered in our current technology and processes by following the developments in the sector. |

and processes by following the developments in the sector.
The Department continues to carry out many projects both with its equity capital and capital supported by TÜBİTAK.
It aims to produce products with high added value by using mostly the products of Ak-Kim and is in charge of producing products that would become a first in Turkey by following the technological developments in the world and working on
all stages starting from the literature research and laboratory practices until the pilot plant and the commissioning stages.

In research and development studies we work on projects with high added value, environment friendly and in accord with occupational health and safety requirements.
We carry on research and development studies to offer new products to the market by continuously keeping abreast of all the latest developments of the sector.
We attend domestic and foreign fairs and seminars to improve the level of our technical knowledge and to keep abreast of all the latest technologic developments so that the research and development activities are done efficaciously.
We try to improve our competitive structure by giving priority to the studies of research and development aimed to raise our quality of product, environment and occupational health and to reduce our production cost in our current technology and processes.
We carry on works relating the development of technology and products which possibly can gain importance in the future.
